If you are scheduled to attend Children in Transition or Children First, please follow the steps and view each of the links below within 10 days of your scheduled class date.  

Once you have finished all of your steps, please fill out and submit the Feedback Form and Feelings Quiz to the appropriate circuit. You may email the forms or drop it off at our office within 10 days of your scheduled class date. It is important to submit the forms in order to verify attendance and receive credit for completing the program.
